Audiences Are Saying…
“A powerful and motivating speaker”
“Encouraging and focused group facilitator”
“The whole classroom was filled with a spirit of sisterhood and scholarly warmth.”
-7th Grade Girls Conference on Women’s Health Issues
“I think you had the audience at our conference in the palm of your hand within two minutes of your presentation! You were so engaging, articulate and passionate about the possibilities for health and wellness that you inspired all of us.”
- 2007 Jewish Addictions Services Conference
Ms. Nether was the guest speaker at our organization’s annual induction and senior send-off ceremony. Even days after the ceremony, I was still hearing about exactly how much those in attendance enjoyed the event and Ms. Nether’s words of wisdom. She spoke to us about the importance of not only dreaming, but of failing. Some of her words which still remain with me to this day are: “Get to failing.” Ms. Nether explained that failure plays a crucial role in success, for “we did not succeed in learning to ride a bike or climbs trees without first failing”. The remainder of the evening was filled with many other inspirational words that will not soon be forgotten. All of the students, both graduating seniors and new members, walked away from that night with a new perspective life and what the future holds.

Speaking Topic Descriptions
New Habits:
This talk looks at the often challenging task of changing ourselves. Because human babies are born with only one instinct, all the other things we do and think are learned habits. We will look at the pitfalls of creating changes in our lives and learn some basic skills that will smooth out the process.
Finding our Gifts and Passions:
Part of creating a life of ease is discovering how we fit into the world. This workshop will focus on examining our innate gifts and our heartfelt passions. When we combine these two, we create a path that is enjoyable and easy for us. Paired with the need in society, we can live a life of service and joy each and every day.
How Gratitude Opens our Hearts:
Living a life of gratitude is one of the easiest ways to bring fulfillment and joy into our lives. The old adage says “what we think, so shall we be.” This talk will discuss ways of directing our energy towards the light in our lives instead habitually feeling the dark.
You are the Source:
Joy, happiness, prosperity, and love are states of being that we all strive toward. Unfortunately, too many of us are looking for it in the wrong place. We are the designers and builders of our own lives and the sources of our own happiness. This workshop will focus on the unlimited potential we have as women when we choose to accept and live our lives with this awareness.
Wake Up to Possibility:
This is an exciting, engaging, and experiential two-hour program that will have your girls talking for days. In order to grow into the next generation of leaders we so desperately need, girls have to believe not only that they have what it takes but that it is their responsibility. Conversation starts off looking at the external things they need and moves into a discussion of their most important acquisition – belief in themselves. Relationship planning, yoga, and nutritional insights offer a well rounded, playful and enlightening experience.
